Product classification as “articles”
Under the REACH Regulation, the products we supply are classified as “articles” – objects which, during production, are given a specific shape, surface or design that determines their function to a greater degree than their chemical composition. Our products do not involve an intended release of substances under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. The registration requirements for substances in articles therefore do not apply to our product portfolio.
Statement on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) regularly updates the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). We continuously monitor these updates and maintain close communication with our supply chain.
To the best of our knowledge and based on information provided by our production partners, we hereby confirm that all products supplied by spacemagnets Europe GmbH do not contain any SVHC included on the current ECHA Candidate List in concentrations above 0.1% by weight (w/w).
